Yurts offer you a lodging experience that cannot compare to other types of accommodations including hot showers and eco friendly compost toilets.

Experience a Yurt at the Fraser Canyon River Ranch
Our yurt guests typically enjoy a light breakfast in their yurt and pack a picnic lunch. Or you may want to eat lunch or dinner out in one of the areas many fine restaurants in the Lillooet and Lytton area.
Please Note: Summer months June-Aug can have warm/hot afternoons from 11-5pm. Guests staying in a yurt should make plans to spend the afternoon out of the yurt due to afternoon heat. Bring a bathing suit and go swimming in a crystal clear lake, kayaking, hiking in the mountains or take a tour of the wineries. You will be much cooler.

The Fraser Canyon River Ranch - Eco Adventures - Yurt Lodging
Accommodations in our Yurts have much the same feel as a cabin, but all in one room. Originally designed in Mongolia as nomadic shelters today’s Yurts are designed for comfort lodging. Yurts are a cross between a cabin & a tent and offer an efficient year around engineered shelter that are simply beautiful to stay in. Your Yurt Lodging also features rustic log furniture, wood flooring, queen size beds, futon, table, chairs and a small storage cabinet. Our accommodations are "Off the Grid" they're run off a Solar Power system so please leave the hair dryer at home. |

About Yurts - Lillooet and Lytton BC
Each Yurt has a picnic deck and table, bbq, lounge chairs and hammocks over looking the river. Each Yurt is fully self contained and comes equipped with pots, pans and dishes, lantern, pantry, mini fridge and many of the conveniences of home - all situated in the middle of the wilderness. Each yurt has windows and a skylight that opens to let in fresh air and sunshine. A lockable door provides security and privacy. Each yurt will accommodate six adults or a family of eight. All yurts are nine meters, (thirty feet) in diameter and are non-smoking accommodations. Cooking is not permitted in the Yurts. Well behaved pets are welcome and ehicles may be parked onsite. |

Yurt Accommodations - Lillooet and Lytton British Columbia
Each Tent Cabin (tent-a-low) has a covered deck, picnic table, bbq, lounge chairs, hammocks and a bbq. They are not self contained so please bring your own cooking utensils, cooler, pots pans etc. Cooking is not permitted inside the tent cabins. Each tent cabin will sleep 4 adults and has a lantern and shelves for storage. There is a beautiful sandy riverside beach a short 5 minute walk down the hill from our Yurts and Tent Cabins for relaxing at, fishing and evening campfires. |
